Lipsi Island
Area: 16 sq. km
Population: 600
 Situated in
the Dodecanese only 55 minutes by ferry from Patmos, Lipsi, or
Lipsos as it is sometimes known, is the largest of the minor
islands to the north and east of Patmos.
Most of the
inhabitants live around the pretty little harbour. It is here
that you will find what few facilities exist on the island
including a handful of tavernas, mini-market, post office and
a couple of cafes.
Beaches are
generally not crowded and sandy. The nearest, Lendou, is only
a few minutes' walk from the harbour whilst Plati Gialos,
Monodendri and Katsadia lie further a field and involve some
footwork. Boat trips to neighbouring Marathi, Patmos and Leros
are all possibilities but in the main this is very much a
relaxing, doing little, unwinding holiday on what remains an
unspoilt Greek Island.

Loutraki and
only 1,5 hours from Athens international airport and city centre, you
will discover our quiet and relaxing area, the ideal place to relax on
the
beach and enjoy a swim in our beautiful sea!
Our facilities have ramp access throughout. The garden and beach are
accessible through paved pathways. In the garden you will find a
traditional Greek barbeque free to use by all our guests, but what will
surprise
you is the beautiful fully wheelchair accessible beach with its
fantastic view
to the Corinthian gulf! Our unique sea-ramp that leads into the water
provides easy and safe access into and out of the sea. A special
sea-wheelchair
is provided for FREE to all our guests.
The apartments offer fully furnished air-conditioned bedrooms, adapted
bathrooms (with roll-in shower, raised toilet seat, horizontal and
vertical bars and large space for easy access of the wheelchair), fully
equipped kitchen with all the essential for cooking, comfortable
living-room with satellite TV and fireplace, and balcony with view to
the sea.
